HURRY UP HOT POTATO SALAD 
3 c. water
1 pkg. scalloped potato mix
3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. Italian salad dressing (dry)
1 (14.5 oz.) can green beans, cut up and drained
4 oz. sliced pimento, drained
Paprika if desired

Heat oven to 300 degrees. Bring the water to a boil. Add the potato slices and cook until tender. Drain.

In an ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole combine the seasoning mix, mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley flakes, and Italian dressing. Blend well and stir in the potato slices, green beans and pimento. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake 15-20 minutes until thoroughly heated. Serves 6-8.
