3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Mix sweet potatoes with other ingredients. Place in casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1/2 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans
1/3 c. flour
1 c. coconut

Mix topping ingredients in saucepan, heat until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved. Pour over potato mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
