CRANBERRY MEATLOAF 
2 lbs. ground ham
3/4 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. cranberry juice cocktail
2 eggs, slightly beaten

In a large bowl combine ham, beef, bread crumbs, cranberry juice and eggs. Mix well. Form into a loaf. Place in loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. cranberry juice cocktail
1/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Mix all ingredients together and boil for 1 minute. Remove ham loaf and drain off excess fat. Baste the loaf with the glaze and continue baking 25-30 minutes, basting often. Makes 10-12 servings.
