GLAZED STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 baked pie crust
1 c. flour
4 tbsp. Crisco
1 tsp. sugar
4 tbsp. water
1 qt. fresh strawberries
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. red food coloring
1 c. whipped topping

Be sure strawberries are drained well. Place in pie shell. GLAZE: Crush in blender, strawberries, water, sugars and cornstarch. In saucepan bring to boil for 2 minutes or until clear, add butter and red coloring. Pour over pie, top with Cool Whip. Chill one hour before serving.
