TACO SOUP 
2 lbs. browned ground beef or diced chicken
1 onion
4 cans Rotel diced tomatoes and chiles
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 can hominy
1 taco seasoning packet
1 ranch seasoning packet
1 c. water
1 can pinto beans

Mix in a large Dutch Oven or large sauce pan and cook on medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes.

Hint: The Rotel diced tomatoes and chilies make the soup very spicy. In order to tone it down, substitute a can of the Rotel diced tomatoes with regular diced tomatoes or crushed tomatoes.
