PATTY'S SOUR CREAM ENCHILADAS 
4 chicken breasts (cooked skinned, boned & cut into bite-size chunks)
1 pkg. flour tortillas
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can diced green chilies
1 c. sliced green onions
3/4 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 sm. can black sliced olives

Mix prepared chicken with 1 can soup, onions, chilies, 1/2 sour cream and 1/2 grated cheese. Spoon into tortillas and roll up, placing seam side down in baking dish. Mix remaining sour cream with 2nd can soup and spread over tortillas. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and olives. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
