PARTY HAM CASSEROLE 
4 oz. noodles, cooked
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. minced onion
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 c. sour cream
2 c. cooked ham, cut in strips
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Heat soup and milk; stir until smooth. Add onion, mustard and sour cream. Place 1/2 the noodles in bottom of a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole. Spread with 1/2 the ham and sauce; repeat.

Toss bread crumbs in butter; sprinkle over mixture. Top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, in a 325 degree oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Serves 6.
