1 box devil's food cake mix
1 envelope Dream Whip
1 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 sm. chocolate fudge instant pudding mix
1 c. club soda
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients, except nuts, together in large mixing bowl and beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Fold in nuts. Pour into lightly greased tube or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Cool.

FROSTING:

1 lg. box chocolate instant pudding
1 c. cold milk
1 envelope Dream Whip
1/2 c. sugar

Beat together until thick and frost cake.
