1 pkg. white cake mix
2 whole eggs
2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 pkg. instant chocolate

Mix ingredients and bake at 375 degrees for 22 minutes.

ICING:

1 1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. instant pudding
1 envelope Dream Whip

Combine milk, Dream Whip, instant pudding. Beat at high speed to soft peaks, 4 to 6 minutes.
