SOUPER CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots & cauliflower (thawed & drained)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can French fried onions

Combine all ingredients except the cheese and onions. Add 1/2 of the cheese and 1/2 of the onions. Pour into casserole; bake uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Top with remaining onions and cheese. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
