TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 sm. can tuna
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 lemon, squeezed
1 can chicken with rice soup
1 soup can filled with milk

Fry onion and green pepper in oil; add flour. Stir in slowly soup and soup can of milk; add salt and pepper, lemon juice and stir until thick. Let cool and make biscuits.

BISCUITS:

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. shredded Colby cheese

Mix all ingredients. Roll out; sprinkle cheese on top and roll as for jelly roll. Cut cross-wise and put on top of mix in a 9x13 cake pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
