CURRIED FRUIT 
1 can pineapple slices
1 can pear halves
1 can peach halves
Spiced apple rings
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. brown sugar

Drain all fruits except apple rings and save juice. Add sugar and curry to juice and heat. Arrange fruit in baking dish and pour hot juice over this. Bake in 350 degree oven until hot through. (Better if made a day ahead and heated just before serving.) Garnish with apple rings or maraschino cherries before heating.
