GRILLED OR ROAST CHICKEN | |
1 chicken, soto - 3 lbs. 1/2 c. catsup 1/4 c. oil 3 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 c. corn syrup 1 tsp. pepper 1. If grilling, cut chicken into serving pieces. 2. If roasting, stuff chicken. 3. Blend remaining ingredients. 4. If grilling, place chicken pieces over fire for about 30 minutes, turning every 5 minutes and basting with sauce. 5. If roasting, put whole chicken on a spit, roast for about 2 hours, basting frequently. Serves 4. |
