1 c chopped nuts
1 c coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 box confectioners sugar
1 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 stick butter

Mix nuts and coconut together and spread on bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan. Mix up cake mix according to directions on box, then pour over nuts and coconut mixture. Mix confectioners sugar, cream cheese and butter together and pour over cake mix.

Bake at 350°F for 40 - 45 minutes.

Caution: Put a cookie pan or foil under it during baking in case it runs over a little.
