SWEET CRISPS 
1 pkg. flour tortillas
Butter flavored vegetable cooking spray
1/2 c. granulates sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly coat a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Stack and cut tortillas in 8 wedges and arrange in a single layer on prepared cookie sheet. Lightly spray tops with cooking spray. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over tortilla wedges. Bake approximately 10 minutes until golden and crisp. Cool. Wedges may be stored tightly covered up to 2 weeks.
