SCALLOPED POTATOES AND HOT DOGS 
6 med. potatoes, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
Salt and pepper
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cheese
Hot dogs

Cover potatoes and onion with water and cook until tender. Melt butter. Add 1/4 cup flour. Stir until smooth. Add salt and pepper. Add 2 cups milk and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Stir until cheese melts and sauce is thick. Add hot dogs and heat through. Drain potatoes and onion place in baking dish. Add sauce and mix to distribute hot dogs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
