HAM ROLLS 
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. pineapple-apricot jam
1 tsp. chopped chives
12 slices boiled or baked ham

Combine mustard, jam, and chives. Spread evenly over ham slices. Roll up in jelly-roll fashion. Cut each crosswise into 3 equal pieces. Secure with toothpicks. Makes 36 appetizers.
