TENDER AND JUICY ROAST BEEF | |
1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) eye round roast 1 tsp. Adobo seasoning Pepper to taste Salt to taste 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 c. cold water Rinse and pat meat dry. Sprinkle with seasonings. Roast in 350 degree oven for 2 hours. Remove and allow to stand 15 minutes before carving. Remove roast from pan. Mix cornstarch with water. Add to pan drippings. Return to oven for 10 minutes. Makes 10 to 15 servings. Carrots, onions, and potatoes may be added to roasting pan last 30 minutes. |
