PANCAKES 
4 oz. flour
1/2 oz. butter, melted
1 tbsp. cream
1 egg yolk
2 egg whites
1/2 pt. warm water
Pinch salt

Sift flour into bowl, add salt and egg yolk, butter and cream and stir until smooth. Gradually add water. Beat well and set aside for at least 30 minutes. Stiffly beat egg whites and fold into batter. Cook as you would pancakes.
