ESTHER'S SPECIAL FRUIT TART 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar or 2 pkgs. Sweet 'n' Low
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp. milk

FILLING:

4 c. thinly sliced peaches or apples
1/2 c. sugar or 1 pkg. Sweet 'n' Low
Cinnamon
All-fruit preserves or diet jelly
Lemon juice

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

To prepare crust: Combine flour, sweetener, and salt. Cut in butter. Beat egg yolk with milk. Mix into flour. Pat into a tart pan.
