CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
1 c. chopped pecans (additional)

Soften cheese and mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate mixture overnight before rolling into a ball. Roll in additional cup of chopped pecans. Decorate with cherries or stuffed olives. Serve with crackers. Freezes well.
