HOMEMADE NOODLES 
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. milk

Combine. Add 1 cup flour or enough to make stiff dough.

Combine 1 egg, salt and milk. Add 1 cup flour or enough to make stiff dough. Roll very thin on floured surface cut 1/4 inch wide. Let dry 2 hours. Drop in boiling broth. Cook about 10 to 12 minutes.

Makes 3 cups noodles.
