1 egg Few grains of salt and pepper 1 tbsp. milk 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. fat Separate the egg, beat the yolk until thick and lemon color. Add milk, salt, pepper and baking powder. Beat whites until stiff and dry. Fold into egg yolks. Bake or fry. |
