SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS 
4 lbs. ground chuck
1 lg. onion
2 boxes garlic
1 lg. bell pepper
1 lg. can Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
Crushed red pepper
1 stalk celery
1 lg. can bread crumbs
Favorite spaghetti sauce

Put ground chuck in mixing bowl. Add diced garlic, onion, bell pepper, celery, eggs and red pepper to taste. Mix well. Stir in cheese and bread crumbs. Make walnut size meatballs. If needed, add more bread crumbs. Brown in a skillet and serve with your favorite sauce.
