WHOLE WHEAT BISCUIT MIX 
8 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. non-fat dry milk
5 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. butter (softened)

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Work in butter with pastry cutter until fine. Store in air-tight container in refrigerator.

To make a batch of biscuits, use 2 cups of mix and about 3/4 cups of water. Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Yield: 8-10 biscuits.
