HOLIDAY CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. chopped pecans, divided
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
3 tbsp. chopped onions
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tbsp. chopped chutney
Maraschino cherries (opt.)
Fresh parsley (opt.)

Beat cream cheese slightly; gradually stir in pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green peppers, onions, seasoned salt and chutney; chill well. Shape into a ball and roll in remaining pecans. Chill until serving time. Garnish with maraschino cherries and parsley; if desired. Serve with assorted crackers. Yield: 4 1/2 cups.
