1 c. Jiffy or Bisquick
1/3 c. milk
3 tbsp. catsup
2 tsp. mustard
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. minced onion
3/4 - 1 lb. ground beef

Cook in 350 degree oven on cookie sheet 12 to 15 minutes. In small bowl mix Bisquick and milk together to form dough ball. Roll out dough on floured board or wax paper to 12" square. Mix butter, mustard, catcup and onion and spread on dough. Crumble meat on top. Roll up like jelly roll fashion and cut in about 8 slices. Place cut side up on cookie sheet.
