Tomatoes Onion Butter Bread Garlic Pepper Parmesan cheese Melt butter in a skillet. Add chopped onion and garlic, and brown. Dice up to four slices of bread, toss in skillet and brown. Add diced tomatoes and pepper and simmer a couple of minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and simmer slightly more. Serve as a side dish or with a pasta dish. |
