TURKEY VEGETABLE SOUP 
2 turkey legs
2 turkey wings
8 c. water
46 oz. can vegetable juice
4 chicken flavored bouillon cubes
4 med. potatoes, cubed
4 carrots, sliced
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/4 tsp. hot sauce

Boil the turkey legs and wings in 8 cups of water until done. Remove turkey and cool. Bone turkey and chop meat. Return turkey to broth and add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours. Yield: About 5 1/2 quarts. Freezes well.
