LILI'S CORN CASSEROLE 
With my family, each time we make the casserole, different amounts of ingredients are used and the cooking times vary. I made this as close to the original recipe as I could get. Don't worry about inventing and changing up the amounts. ENJOY!

1 (15 oz.) can kernel corn
1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (6 oz.) box cornbread mix (Jiffy)
1 cup dairy sour cream
2 cups shredded cheese, divided

Note: add more or less dairy sour cream and cheese depending on the flavor and consistency you desire.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Get large mixing bowl. Add both cans of corn, cornbread mix, dairy sour cream and 1 1/2 cups of cheese. Mix it all together and pour into a casserole dish of your choice. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

Bake in 350°F oven for 15 to 30 minutes (this, of course, will depend on how much cheese is in the mix and your individual oven settings, etc.)

Take out and serve!
