CANDIED SWEET POTATOES 
6 medium sweet potatoes, boiled and peeled
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter

Wash and peel sweet potatoes. Cut into quarters and place in a casserole dish.

Pour melted butter over top; turn potatoes to coat well.

Cover with foil and bake for about 40 minutes or until tender, basting occasionally. Uncover during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
