VEAL AND PORK WITH NOODLES 
1 lb. pork
2 stalks celery, diced
1 onion, diced
1 can cream corn
1/2 lb. cooked noodles
1 lb. veal
1 green pepper, diced
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can pimentos, chopped

Cut meat in small cubes. Cover with water and simmer until tender. Add celery, onion and green pepper. Cook until tender. Then add Velveeta cheese, cream corn and pimentos. Heat slowly to melt cheese. Then add 1/2 pound cooked noodles. Put in casserole, top with corn flakes and slices of cheese. Heat in oven until brown.
