SPANISH NOODLES 
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter
1 lb. pork, cut fine
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
salt and pepper
1 can whole tomatoes
1/2 lb. cooked noodles
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 cup grated cheese

Brown meat, onion and pepper in butter. Add flour and seasonings. Add tomatoes. Let come to boil. Add cooked noodles and simmer for 15 minutes. Add mushrooms and cheese. Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
