HAM LOAF 
1 lb. ground ham
1 lb. fresh pork
2/3 cup med. cracker crumbs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
Dash pepper

SAUCE:

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. fruit juice

Mix all ingredients together and press into a loaf pan to mold. Then turn into a shallow baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 1-1/2 hours. Spoon mustard sauce over during the last 30 minutes of baking. SAUCE: Stir all ingredients together and baste ham loaf.
