HAM LOAF WITH SAUCE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground ham
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 onion, chopped
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 c. crushed saltine or graham crackers
salt and pepper, to taste

Mix beef, ham, ketchup, onion, eggs, milk, crushed crackers and salt and pepper together. Make into a loaf and refrigerate overnight.

Sauce:

1/2 c. water
1 c. vinegar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1 can tomato soup
2 tsp. ketchup

Mix water, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, tomato soup and ketchup together. Pour over ham loaf and bake at 350°F for 2 hours. Baste during baking. Serve sauce separately.

Makes good topping over mashed potatoes.
