1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 pkg. instant pudding (sm.)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Combine the dry ingredients in a small bowl and add liquid mixture. Blend with a fork. Drop by teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.

Tip: You may use any flavor pudding and you may use sugar-free pudding. Also you may add chocolate chips or nuts.
