JALAPENO SPINACH 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (6 oz.) roll jalapeno cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook spinach and drain well. Make sauce of flour, butter and milk. Cook until thickened. Add seasonings. Then add cheese melts. Add Worcestershire sauce. Combine with spinach. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole and chill 6 hours or longer (flavor improves with age). Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
