TACO PIE 
1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
1 sm. pkg. crushed corn chips or doritos
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 env. taco seasoning mix
1/4 to 1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 to 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Make crust in deep dish pie plate. Spread crescent rolls out and seal together. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the chips and press into dough. Combine mix, water and ground beef. Simmer for 5 minutes. Pour into pie shell. Top with sour cream, shredded cheese and remaining chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. You can add other toppings such as lettuce, tomatoes or sauce after pie has baked.
