TABOULY (LEBANON) 
2 bunches Italian parsley
1 bunch of scallion
3 tomatoes
1 bunch of green mint
2 lemons
1/2 bunch of Romaine lettuce
1/2 c. cracked wheat
1/2 tsp. salt, black pepper and cinnamon
1/2 c. olive oil

Put the cracked wheat in a bowl with water (enough to cover cracked wheat) for 30 minutes. Wash and chop the vegetables in a large bowl. Add the salt, black pepper, cinnamon and oil. Mix well. Squeeze the lemon and mix again.
