PEAR CRUMB PIE 
1 unbaked 9" pie shell
6 med. size fresh pears, sliced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. mace (opt.)
4 tbsp. butter

Slice pears into pie shell. Sprinkle the lemon juice over the pears. Combine the 1/2 cup sugar and the 2 tablespoons flour and sprinkle over pears. Combine the rest of the ingredients and mix like pie crust. Spread over the pears. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Can arrange cheese triangles on warm pie.
