PECAN BRANDY COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. flour
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. brandy

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. By hand cream butter. Beat in sugar, flour, brandy and nuts. Press mixture in 8 x 8 inch pan. Cut into 32 pieces or roll by hand into balls. Bake in 300 degree oven for 35 minutes or greased cookie sheet. Roll in sugar while warm. (Recipe can be doubled.)
