BEET JELLY 
6 c. beet juice
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 pkgs. pectin
8 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello

Bring juice, pectin, lemon juice to hard boil. Add sugar and gelatin. Boil 6 minutes. Skim and pour into jars. Seal.
