RICE CRUSTED HAKE FILLET MOULDED | |
2 1/2 big cups Tastic Nature’s Brown Rice with Sundried Tomatoes 3 pieces Hake fish fillets, moulded 1/2 cup mature cheddar cheese 1 tablespoon of chopped Fresh coriander small amount of cayenne pepper 1 grated lime rind salt and ground black pepper For preparing mayonnaise, you need: 1/2 cup of mayonnaise 1 1/2 tablespoons lime fruit drink 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped capers 3 chopped gherkins ground black pepper, for flavor Method: 1. Preheat oven to 340-350°F (170°C). 2. Mix together all the ingredients in a blender until smooth in order to prepare the mayonnaise 3. Pat the hake fillet dry. Put on a greased baking tray. Flavor to taste and spread mayonnaise mixture throughout. 4. Mix the Tastic Brown Rice, cheese, coriander, cayenne pepper and lime rind together and spoon on top of the fillets. 5. Flavor hake to taste. Bake the hake fillet in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes, or until the hake fillet is cooked and the topping is golden. 6. Serve with the remaining mayonnaise.
