FRITO SALAD 
1 lb. hamburger
1 head lettuce
1 lg. tomato
1 avocado, if desired
1 lg. onion
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can kidney beans, undrained
1 bottle Italian dressing
1 pkg. Fritos

Brown meat, break up lettuce, chop tomato, onion and avocado. Add rest of ingredients. Add fritos just before serving. Salt and pepper to taste.
