SPARERIBS 
1 rack pork ribs
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. hoi sin sauce
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. dry white wine

Combine all ingredients, it will be thick. Spread mixture on ribs. Marinate overnight. Turn every four hours. Bake on rack at 350 for one hour brushing ribs every 15 minutes with marinade. Turn ribs once.
