SNOWBALLS 
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. butter
1 c. cut up dates
1 whole egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Rice Krispies
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Angel flake coconut

Mix well. Cook 10 minutes over a low flame, stirring constantly. Cool. After it is cooled, add 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 cups Rice Krispies and 1/2 cup nuts. Mix. Roll in angel flake coconut. Store in refrigerator.
