ORIENTAL KABOB 
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. curry
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. red pepper
Salt to taste
1 handfull cilantro
Garlic, as much as you like
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. ground meat

Mix together and form into shape of hot dogs. Soak wooden skewers to prevent burning. Pierce meat and barbecue. Serve with mixture of yogurt, cucumber and dill.
