1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
3 tbsp. flour

Mix and add: 1/2 c. water 4 eggs

Mix and add:

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

ICING:

1 box confectioners' sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. frozen strawberries

Combine.
