4 egg yolks
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3 oz. Key lime juice
1 graham cracker crust

Mix first 3 ingredients, adding lime juice slowly, until mixture is smooth and creamy (3-5 minutes on low setting).

Pour mixture into graham cracker crust. Bake in preheated oven (350 degrees) for 10 minutes. Serve chilled. Whip cream is optional as a topping.
