VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen lima beans
1 pkg. frozen cut green beans
1 pkg. frozen green peas
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 hard-cooked eggs, mashed with fork
1/2 med. sized onion, grated
1/8 tsp. Tabasco

Mix vegetables together and cook according to directions on package. Add salt and pepper to taste. After cooking, drain vegetables thoroughly and pour into a buttered casserole. Cover at once with the sauce made by combining the mayonnaise, oil, sauce, eggs and onion and Tabasco. Let it trickle through the vegetables imparting a delicious flavor. Serve hot.

NOTE: If canned vegetables are used (one #2 can for each vegetable may be substituted). Mix together including juice in the cans and cook until done. Serves 6.
